By accessing or using the Ayusphere mobile application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Ayusphere provides an Ayurveda learning platform for students (e.g. UG/PG), including curriculum content (books, papers, parts, and related materials), user accounts, preferences, and optional paid subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Fees

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are displayed before purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the chosen plan and billing period.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions may auto-renew according to the plan you selected. You may cancel renewal through the app or by contacting support before the next billing date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

Refund eligibility is as per our refund policy and applicable law. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Scrape, automate access, or overload our systems in an unauthorized manner

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these or other policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Ayusphere or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, sell, or sublicense our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational content is for learning purposes and does not constitute medical or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for health or academic decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayusphere and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
