How do I create an account?
Download the Ayusphere app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email, phone number, and create a password. Verify your email with the OTP sent to you, and you're ready to start learning!
What subscription plans are available?
We offer two types of plans: Time-based plans (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) that give you access to all content, and Professional Year plans that unlock specific year content (1st Prof, 2nd Prof, 3rd Prof, 4th Prof). Choose the plan that best fits your learning needs.
How do I access my subscribed content?
Once you've subscribed, all your content will be available in the app. Navigate to your Professional Year section, select a subject, and start learning. Premium content is marked with a special badge.
Can I download content for offline access?
Not available yet. It is only allowed to access the content online.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you an OTP. Use the OTP to verify your identity and create a new password.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with our service within 7 days of purchase, contact our support team with your order details. Please note that refunds may not be available after content has been accessed.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties. You can read our complete Privacy Policy for more details.

Troubleshooting

App Not Loading

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Force close and restart the app
  3. Clear app cache in settings
  4. Update to the latest version
  5. Reinstall the app if issue persists

Login Issues

  1. Verify your email/phone is correct
  2. Check if Caps Lock is on
  3. Use "Forgot Password" to reset
  4. Ensure your account is verified
  5. Contact support if still unable to login

Payment Failed

  1. Ensure sufficient balance
  2. Check if card/UPI is active
  3. Try a different payment method
  4. Wait 30 minutes if amount debited
  5. Contact support with transaction ID

Download Issues

  1. Check available storage space
  2. Ensure stable internet connection
  3. Pause and resume download
  4. Clear app cache and retry
  5. Check subscription status
